Good location, okay stay

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room. The location's awesome, just a short walk to the metro and a bunch of sights. Breakfast was pretty solid with lots of options. The only bummer was the room's condition – it felt kinda outdated and scruffy. Overall, it worked for us, but it's not fancy or anything.

I really enjoyed the convenient location near the train station, and the kitchenette was extremely useful for preparing light meals during my stay.

Oh, the breakfast was a symphony of flavors, especially that fresh-baked cheesecake! The Italian restaurant nearby, VI Vadi Cucina Italiana, was a delightful culinary find, and the incredibly comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep after my foodie adventures.

However, dealing with Ria at reception was a bit of a drag. She was quite rude, and when I requested an early check-in, it felt like I was invisible. Other guests were checked in before me, which left me feeling a bit sour.

We stayed in the Maisonette Junior Suite, which was perfect for our large family and even accommodated our beloved pet. The room was spacious, featuring a cozy loft with a skylight that opened up for a lovely breeze. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering more than just the usual fare.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel had an outdoor play area for kids.

On top of that, the absence of air conditioning during a Munich heatwave is a major oversight. only a small fan in the room makes the place stifling. The WiFi, touted as available, constantly disconnects, turning any data work into a frustrating experience.

The bed was super comfy, and I loved having a little fridge for my drinks. There’s a nice little garden to relax in, and I enjoyed sipping coffee from the bakery next door. The room got a bit warm during the day, but a fan helped out. 😊
